The hotel is super clean and close to the casino, making it a great location for events. The breakfast options were limited and could be more varied. Nice spacious room with a comfortable bed. A bit noisy from the AC unit at night.

The room was clean and well maintained, which was a plus. The air conditioning was easy to control, keeping the temperature comfortable throughout our stay. there was an odor that lingered, prompting us to use air freshener. The bed was extremely comfortable, aiding in a restful sleep. The noise level was pleasantly quiet, allowing for relaxation. Though we encountered damp towels, the overall cleanliness was appreciated. The decor was lovely, featuring beautiful photos of the Smoky Mountains. Despite some minor issues, the room provided a generally comfortable experience.

Convenient location. Walking distance to the casino, a gas station, and several eateries. The facility is well-maintained and exceptionally clean, with particularly comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. breakfast left much to be desired. Limited options and poorly managed waffle-making created unnecessary delays. the lack of a jacuzzi tub in our room was disappointing, especially after prior experiences. The cable service was inconsistent, adding frustration when downtime allowed for TV watching. While most staff were excellent, a couple seemed indifferent, which was disheartening. A promising retreat with room for improvement. Attention to guest needs could elevate the experience significantly.

Perfect location near the casino, with clean, spacious rooms and a bed that’s the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Staff were friendly and accommodating; Lisa even got us a top-floor room when we asked. Loved the mountain views and easy check-in. On the downside, our shower’s water was lukewarm, and we missed breakfast due to low occupancy. A bit of miscommunication about amenities left us disappointed. Plus, the experience was marred by a false accusation related to smoking that led to an unjust charge. Still, a solid value for the comfort.

I really appreciated how easy it was to walk to the casino which was just across the street, and enjoyed the clean pool and jacuzzi after a long day of exploring, while also finding nearby eateries like Homestyle Fried Chicken and BRIO Tuscan Grille within a few steps, but it would have been nice if the breakfast staff were more consistent with their offerings.

It kept us comfortable throughout our stay, adjusting easily to our preferred temperature settings. The garden furniture outside was a nice touch, allowing us to relax and enjoy the outdoors. One thing I appreciated was the complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom. It's always a nice touch when hotels offer these little extras. The am/fm alarm clock in the room was helpful for waking up on time, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. On the downside, I noticed that the carpet in our room was a little worn, which could use some updating. the housekeeping staff seemed a bit eager, knocking on doors early in the morning despite our do not disturb sign being hung up. It was a bit off-putting to have them enter the room unexpectedly. our stay at Stonebrook was pleasant, with some minor things that could be improved upon. The amenities and comfort provided were satisfactory, but there are areas where a bit more attention to detail could enhance the overall experience.

Location was super close to the casino, which was convenient for our Easter fun. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains, adding to the enjoyment of our stay. The staff was friendly and made check, in and check, out a breeze. The bed was comfy, and the AC worked perfectly, keeping us cool throughout our visit.
The breakfast options were lacking, with only carb, heavy choices available. The coffee was subpar, and the maid service left much to be desired, only changing towels upon request.

The free parking was a real treat; I almost felt like I won the jackpot. The continental breakfast gave me the nostalgic feeling of a community potluck. The free WiFi was as fast as a snail on a Sunday stroll.
The breakfast area was so cozy; I had to cozy up to strangers.

we had a great stay at stonebrook lodge. the staff was professional and very friendly, and the entire facility was very clean. the beds were super comfortable and the complementary lemo service to and from the casino was spot on. with a great location across the street from the casino, we had an excellent value for the price. we highly recommend stonebrook lodge and will definitely stay there again on our return trip.

The location across from the casino was perfect for entertainment and quick walks. Staff were truly attentive and the room was impressively clean. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, surpassing expectations.
The breakfast was disappointing, lacking in variety and quality. On top of this, the alarm clock in our room went off twice in the middle of the night, disrupting our sleep.

stonebrook lodge was spotless, and the location was perfect - just across from the casino. the staff were super helpful, and the outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and cozy.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I was impressed by their willingness to provide my elderly mother with bananas for breakfast, even going so far as to stop at a store to get them. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The location, just a short walk from the casino, was convenient and easy to access.
The continental breakfast, while good, lacked some variety and could have benefited from additional options or fresh fruit.
